Our goal is to arrive at your professional carpet cleaning appointment location as close to the agreed-upon appointment time as possible. We will provide you with a 30-minute window for our estimated time of arrival, allowing for potential weather and traffic delays. We will make every effort to notify you if we are running late or early for your appointment. We kindly request that you notify us if you will be delayed or arrange for someone to be at the residence when we arrive. We kindly request that all carpets scheduled for cleaning be pre-vacuumed prior to our arrival. Please be advised that an additional charge may be applied if vacuuming has not been completed prior to our arrival. We will do our utmost to remove all stains. However, some stains are permanent, and therefore we cannot guarantee 100% removal.

We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice of any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Unless prior arrangements have been made, full payment is due upon completion of scheduled appointments. Please note that all outlying communities from Airdrie are subject to an additional travel charge. This is predetermined by Airdrie Carpet Cleaning and is based on the distance and time it takes to travel to your location.
